Refunds, Cancellations & Flaws

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Once a pre-order round has closed and the order submitted to the printers we cannot accept cancellations. If there are extenuating circumstances please contact us via the Facebook page messaging service. Cancellation of an order may result in limitations on any future orders you wish to place with Miffy's Fabrics UK, and/or removal from the Facebook members group.

Failure to meet the deadline for layaway payments can result in your order being delayed, and a strike placed against you for future use of the scheme. If you have difficulties in meeting the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us via the Facebook page messaging service.

Replacements & refunds will be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items only. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. Miffy's Fabrics UK will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

​If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns of unwashed fabrics only,  so please inspect your fabric before washing.

Flaws: Upon receipt of your fabric (Preorder or retail) you have 14 days to inspect the fabric and disclose any flaws to us via Facebook page messaging service. Any flaws reported after this time frame will not be eligible for refunds. Due to the nature of custom fabric printing, some flaws can be expected. Small flecks or spots may occur and are part of the printing process. Flaws smaller than 1.5cm will not be refunded. Larger flaws will be considered for partial refund or replacements at the discretion of MIffy's Fabrics UK. Flaws within the selvedge or within 5 inches of the selvedge are occasionally to be expected due to the printing process and will not be refunded. All fabrics are prone to some shrinkage and eventual wear (especially darker colour fabrics); this is not a flaw and will not be refunded. Due to the volume of fabric cut and sent within a round, and while we aim to ensure all cuts are accurately measured, there is a margin of error of 3cm in a metre. Miffy’s Custom Fabrics are not responsible for how the customer washes/cares/uses the fabric once it has arrived with the customer. Please note that at times the fabric used in strike off images may differ from the final product due to different batch printing, and the strikes are used as tests to check for printing errors and flaws.

We do make every effort to accurately portray our goods in their correct colours, but due to differing screen settings and lighting conditions the colour of goods may appear different in person, to on our website or our promotional images.
